1st Pan Disabled Sailing in Marina de Portimão 2013

The First Portuguese Qualifying Event in Access class (disabled sailing) 2013 will be held next weekend 23th adn 24th of March at the Marina de Portimão. The event is organised by the Iate Clube Marina de Portimão together with Federação Portuguesa de Vela (FPV), Associação Portuguesa da Classe Access (APCA - the Access class portuguese association) and Vela Solidária, a local social solidarity project.
